Whether services are needed on an hourly basis or around the clock, our professional staff monitors care throughout the service period.

 

      Most services start within 48 hours

      Clinical Supervisor will visit client to develop an individualized care plan

      Because client needs change, care plan is evaluated and adjusted as required

      Patient care summaries are provided to case managers and physicians, if requested

      All services are supervised by a nurse

      On-call supervisor is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

      24-hour “on-call” staff is available to address scheduling requests/changes
